Vägbeskrivning Kiruna Flygplats

9.00 – 11.30 Sekretariatet öppet. för incheckning, chipsläsning, vaccinations –
kontroll, vägning av foder
Veterinärbesiktning

12.00 – 13.00 Förarmöte, obligatoriskt för förare och handler

Start kl.16.00 Ice Hotel, Jukkasjärvi, nere på Torneälvens is.
Individuell start med 2 min mellanrum

21.00- 21.30 Första spann väntas till Checkpoint Övre Soppero. Där sker 2 timmars obligatorisk vila + tidsutjämning.

18 februari.
04.00-04.30 Första spann väntas till Checkpoint Sonkamoutka. Här väntar 6 timmar obligatorisk vila.

17.00-18.00 Första spann väntas till Checkpoint Övre Soppero

Målgång: Slädhundsklubbens stuga, Arena Artica.

Första spann beräknas i mål tidig söndag morgon 19 februari vid bra förhållanden.

Klubbstugan kommer att vara öppen tills alla har kommit i mål och det finns möjlighet att köpa fika.

Middag för förare och handler ingår.

17th February
Place: the sled dog club's club house, Arena Artica.
Directions Kiruna Airport
9.00 – 11.30 The secretariat opens for checking in, chip reading, vaccination control and weigh in of dog food.
Veterinary inspection. 12.00 – 13.00 Musher's meeting, mandatory for all mushers and handlers.
Start kl.16.00 Ice Hotel, Jukkasjärvi, down on the Torne river. Individual start with 2 minutes interval. 21.00- 21.30 The first team is expected to arrive in Checkpoint Övre Soppero. There will be a 2 hours mandatory rest and time regulating.
18th February. 04.00-04.30 The first time is expected to arrive at Checkpoint Sonkamoutka. Here you there will be a 6 hour mandatory rest.
17.00-18.00 the first team will be expected to arrive in Checkpoint Övre Soppero.
Finnish: the sled dog club's club house, Arena Artica.
The first team is expected in finnish early Sunday morning the 19th of February if the weather is good.
The club house will be open until everyone have finished and you can buy food there.

Place: Arena Artica
Evaluation meeting: 18.00. Price ceremony and dinner 19.00. Dinner for musher and handler is included.
